Scrambled tofu and grilled tomatoes 
280 Grams regular Tofu Plain
15ml Vegetable oil
50g of Onion
½ small Red pepper
1 small Carrot
1 Tomato
Turmeric
Soya sauce 
Freshly ground black pepper
 

Drain the tofu mash or crumble by hand. Slice in half the tomato and place under the grill. Finely dice the pepper and onion, grate the carrot. Heat the oil and sauté the vegetables until soft. Add your tofu and sufficient turmeric to give an attractive color. Serve piled on thick granary toast, place the tomatoes on top Season with Soya and black pepper to taste....Yummy!
