Delicious rapadura cane sugar brownies WOW are they good or what! Start off with preheating oven to 180c Grease a medium square pan. About one cup of fresh chopped organic cherries. Remove pits and chop up cherries. In a saucepan melt one and a half bars of 70% Dark Chocolate, (100g bar) add 2 tbs pure organic vanilla extract (none of that artificial stuff) and a good knob of unsalted butter. Stir constantly until melted. Set aside and allow to cool slightly. In another bowl, beat two eggs and add 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded organic coconut, and 1/2 cup rapadura cane sugar. Slowly beat in chocolate/butter mix and beat in 1/2 cup of organic flour, and then add the cherries. Pour into the greased square pan and bake for about 20/25 minutes. Cool and then try not to eat it all at once!
