Delicious rapadura cane sugar brownies
 WOW are they good or what!
Start off with preheating oven to 350c.
Grease a medium square pan.
About one cup of fresh chopped organic cherries.
Remove pits and chop up cherries.
In a saucepan melt one and a half bars of  70% Dark organic Chocolate, (100g bar) add 2 tbs pure organic vanilla extract (none of that artificial stuff) and a good knob of unsalted butter. Stir constantly until melted. Set aside and allow to cool slightly.
In another bowl, beat two eggs and add 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded organic coconut, and 1/2 cup rapadura cane sugar.
Slowly beat in chocolate/butter mix and beat in 1/2 cup of organic flour, and then add the cherries.
Pour into the greased square pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
Cool and then try not to eat them all at once!
