Cauliflower tomato cheese Organic ingredients: 1 lg. head cauliflower 4 firm, ripe tomatoes 1/2 cup. melted butter Salt & pepper 1/4 cup. dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup. grated Strong cheese Cut cauliflower into 1-2 inch pieces. Cook until firm. Drain and cool. Mix melted butter, salt and pepper, bread crumbs and cheese. Place cauliflower in shallow casserole dish. Pour butter mixture over cauliflower and arrange sliced or wedges of tomatoes over cauliflower. Bake at 190 degrees until heated through.
