DESCRIPTION
Organic Bulgar 500g. Bulgur is made by soaking and cooking the whole wheat kernel, drying it and removing part of the bran then cracking the remaining kernel into small pieces. Use is numerous from salads to soup, breads and desserts. It is a nutritious and can be used as a thickener for meat dishes and soups. Bulgur will absorb twice its volume of water and can be used in place of rice in any recipe. It has the same nutrition as whole wheat.
